I'm wanting some gold. But not blingy gold. Which one?

Ok, have choice narrowed down to these 2.... Which one and why? BB58 18k or Omega PO Deep Brown. I'm looking for case size less than 41mm and bigger than 38mm. I should add, I already have 2 PO, the 39.5mm deep black and the 39.5mm Summer Blue. I have owned a BB58, steel on bracelet.

I would go for the Black Bay 58!

·

That PO is just so stunning.

·

The Omega is very, very beautiful and impressive. That would be my recommendation.

·

The Tudor for me, the escape valve doesn't look right in gold.

·

Not blingy = Rose Gold as a rule for me. Plus, the Omega PO is an awesome watch on all levels before you make it a precious metal model.

·

Tudor has longer lugs so it will wear a lil larger and it’s a more refined and thinner watch. Omega is huge and clunky . Oh yeah and shit power reserve

·

Omega all day long

·

Tudor

·

Go big or go home I say. But omega is best here.

Hmmm. OK, have owned both (and still own 2x PO), the steel BB58 went because it was boring. The Omega is thicker than the 58, but doesn't wear thick. The Tudor is definitely not more refined, the PO has stunning detail. Power reserve, 55hrs vs 70? Does it really matter that much?

·

No doubt the Omega PO.

·

My vote is omega. The black with rose gold is too good

·

I don’t like green so I’d choose the PO, however if you already own 2…

·

Tough one ! If it were me, I’d have to go with the PO. I have a BB58 and a SMP already, so figure the PO would fit my collection better. Plus it’s a little less “gold looking” to my eye.

But, it’s ain’t my wallet or wrist so let us know what you decide. And pics when you get it!

The Omega is s just stunning and rose gold very understated. But... If you already have 2 then Tudor. Still a great watch. The bb58 is a lot of people's one and done. The green and gold is a nice look plus the fact it's so tool looking people wouldn't think you're rocking 18k

·

You already own two and are looking to add a third PO… which means there’s something about the omega which you love above the BB which you’ve gotten rid of

·

OMEGA 😍😍😍

·

The planet ocean is stunning

·

I realise that you stated that you have narrowed down your selection, so you may've already passed on it - but subtle gold watch makes me think of this immediately - it's magnificent and in your 39mm sweet spot …

Omega any day 😊👍

·

Omega is way nicer looking than the BB gold imo, but I do love a brown dial...

You should be looking at a two tone Rolex, a Datejust 41 or Submariner two tone black dial ... Rolex makes the best two tone if you don't want too flashy but you want some Gold

I stopped buying multiple of the same watch in different colors, seems kinda redundant and better getting something totally different instead of the same thing over and over

I prefer the look of the Omega, but if you want gold then I think the logical choice is the Tudor.

·

Omega by a large margin.

·

Omega, all day, every day.

·

I'd say the Omega.

I've seen the BB58 in the metal and it is very unimpressive. The Tudor just looks like a bronze watch. You could save your money and purchase a bronze watch if you want that look.

·

Planet Ocean by a mile. Best watch Omega makes and one of the best divers, period. It’s also gorgeous in that colorway.

·

I have these 2 already. I don't know if another PO is a PO too many

Tudor is a stunner 💎

·

A watch that's a tribute to it's elder sibling or an icon in its own right? No competition, gotta be the Omega.

·

Omega would be my choice
