most - GS Soko, GS Omiwatari. Explorer 1. (The White Birch is a new addition but I suspect will be one of the most worn of 24)
least - Serica and the Dan Henry (but that was a gift that is going nowhere) oh and the vintage Longines that belonged to my Grandfather but that's just because it needs a service and I haven't go round to it yet.
Panerai - I'm in a 3 monthly cycle: my obsession keeps pushing me to the point of going to the AD and trying it on, then it's an immediate "no" when I try it on my 7inch wrist, and I slope off without purchase. Then the cycle begins again....
I put my name down in February this year at an AD I had never visited before and resigned myself for a long wait. After increasing posts from people having short to no waits elsewhere: in November I pinged the AD to remind them I still existed and lo and behold the watch was available the next day. They'd clearly just forgotten about me. Harumph.
If you're looking for a tool watch - there's lots of awesome examples above. If you're looking for an Explorer 1 Alternative, there is no alternative and you will end up buying 5 or 6 $500-$1000 alternatives that don't scratch that itch fully. Just make sure you get the proper 36mm one ;)
