Problems with my Seiko

Hey guys, I recently got a problem with my Seiko SPB187 and the 6R35 movement. I'm thinking about selling it but I am not sure. So I would like to hea...

Time for some orange. But how much?

I've had an Skx013 with a steel bezel on a orange rubber strap back then. I sold it and I miss the colour orange. So I was thinking about several options. I really want to have an orange rubber strap....

I think that this are tricky legal questions which you can’t give a general answer. I think this legal questions will be answered differently in every country.

I think there are 2 reasons for removing stickers by the AD. First Rolex got its own idea how a watch should look/work. I‘ve read several articles where Roöex changed parts at a vintage watch in a service without the will of the owner. But in Rolex mind the lume must glow at night even on a vintage dial. Rolex wants to sell you a watch that you wear. And you don’t wear a watch with stickers. The second reason I think is that Rolex wants to control the buying experience. When the AD removed the stickers the grey market dealer can‘t sell the watch with stickers anymore, so everybody knows that it’s not a official AD. So it gets clear that this is no „official Rolex buying experience“

I‘d love to add a Pilots watch in the future to my collection. Not sure yet whether it will be a Hanhart or a Laco. Can not decide which one I like more 😅

The MM200 has really great proportions. But I‘ve got some problems with mine. So I suggest buying the watch at an AD you trusted or someone who is known for good service.

I agree with PP and VC. With AP I‘ve got my problems. They made insane watches in the past but now it’s only RoyalOak. It’s more or less a one watch brand now. For me that doesn‘t go with holy trinity.

JLC seems to be a lot of reverse today, but they still have the Polaris and some dressier pieces. At least I’ve got the feeling that one watch focus isn’t so extreme as it is by AP. They are also known as the watchmakers watchmaker. So I think I would swap AP with JLC

The date function is implemented quite well. Doesn‘t harm the balance of the dial at all.

Depends on your needs. If you work with different time zones on a regular base a gmt might be very useful. Otherwise a chronograph might be useful to track times you needed for an exercise. Because I don‘t know the needs, I suggest a watch that implements both Sinn Finanzplatz 6000 or 6099

Really glad the app is out now. The user experience is really great.

I think the app is great. Now I‘ve got the opportunity to check WC from time to time and to set a timelimit for the app. Despite of that the app looks and works great.

Deleted all my IG accounts - now spending all my social media time on WC 😅

WRUW is far more comfortable now. I think that‘s why there will be far more wristshots - and I think that is beautiful.

Not wearing all watches on a regular base. Is less maybe more?

I own 5 watches. I know that doesn't seem to be many for WatchCrunch standards. But I already notice that 2 of those I do not wear on a regular base....

Dresswatch as a daily watch?

A lot of people like to wear tool watches. I think it's the most popular watch type out there. And I get it. They are quiet tough and you don't need to worry about them. Normally they have > 100m o...
