WatchCrunch is focused on discussion and that is beautiful!
When you're used to IG and enter WatchCrunch you realize with some time that on IG it's all about likes. Not a lot of exchange between watch enthusiast is going on there. A normal WatchCrunch post on the other hand normally got more comments than reactions and I think that is beautiful!

I didn’t want to offend you by liking this.
I don’t do those other sites so I don’t have first hand knowledge of what they’re like. That said, I can imagine I’d hate them. It’s cool when other people like the stuff you have, but there are too many people in the world for whom that’s the highest ideal to which they aspire. They’ve replaced their own judgement for that of a group of strangers, and that’s messed up.
I got rid of insta a long time ago. At first it was all about the photography which drew me in, but the last few years it changed to something else. And not in a good way. Once it started becoming all about ‘clout’ it lost me.
