I'm starting to get into the vintage look and vintage watches. My friend lent me this Vacheron Constantin Historiques Chronograph, the predecessor to the current Cornes de Vache. I passed on the CdV in steel because I'm starting to like this much smaller (37mm) clearly vintage looking beauty! Plus, it is based on the beautiful and historically important Lemania movement, 2310.
The PreBond. I invested a few hundred sending this to Switzerland to bring it back to life. When I wear it, people are always intrigued. I recently visited the Omega museum in Bienne and see this sitting proudly in the Omega historical timeliness. In my opinion, it makes the 300 that followed it look big and cumbersome. An under rated and often forgotten piece of Omega History...
I only have one so I can only say my Omega Dynamic 😁
But I would like to get more vintage pieces. Two pieces I’m hoping to get one day is a pre trilogy Omega Seamaster and an Accutron spaceview 214. The later I need to become more educated on as I heard it’s difficult to get a genuine one.
I found this poor guy on the ground, with a horribly ruined bracelet, scratched and broken hardlex. I was just getting into watches at that time, but didnt lnow what this was. I took it to a watchmaker and he told me that it is an automatic, which made me so happy. My first mechanical watch. It definetelly turned my interest in watches up by a 100😄
Does Neo-vintage count? I absolutely adore my early 2000s RW Tradition. Got it with full package for almost 100$. This was THE watch that changed my perspective on what I like to wear. Small, elegant, classic.
Brought this one back to life with a full service myself. First one I ever restored, first vintage watch I ever wear. Tissot Seastar Seven from the late 60s
I really love this 70s Dynamic....sadly it's running slow and needs servicing and I haven't been able to find a reputable local shop. Honorable mention to my 70s Zodiac Astrographic.

My one and only vintage watch
Omega Seamaster 200 Professional

My only vintage watch…happen to be wearing it today:
Not my favorite one… my only one! Constellation Quartz Cal. 1330 191.0010, according to the caseback engravings.
I'm yet to dip a tow in the vintage game but that Constellation has a gorgeous dial. Lovely strap too!
Wouldn't call them vintage. Neo-vintage has lots to offer with interesting casing and complications from brands too.
This Certina DS-2 from 1968 is my favorite. Not only in the vintage part of my collection but overall.
1962 JLC
Wow what a unique dial!!!
Of the more sporty ones I pick the Chronostop
Harder to chose from the dressier one. But I go with the Polerouter

1947 Omega bumper
So far it's my Camy Club-Star, but that's more for sentimental reasons.
My one and only vintage so far, a 1971/72 Seiko 5.

Too hard to choose, considering it’s pretty much all I do…

I’ve had this for ages, it’s the third watch I ever owned, and it’s still one of the coolest.
My True Pogue, fully serviced and restored. Swapped it for a Ducati!!! (Got a new Triumph 😁)
Only vintage watch I own is this Elgin pocket watch. But when does vintage become antique?
Circa mid 80s

Vintage Longines which prob needs no introduction. 👍🏻

The Seiko Giugiaro Speed Master. Unique in style and design and the choice of Ayrton Senna.
I just got my first one.
This Certina DS-2 from 1968 is my favorite. Not only in the vintage part of my collection but overall.
Certina is s-o-o-o underrated.
Thank you for the posts and to everyone for the beautiful photos. I don't have one but am always looking for a Gruen in good condition.
