I have definitely got an emotional attachment to most of my watches. I currently have eight watches and of those, two were bought for me for significant birthdays by my family. One belonged to my late dad, bought by my mum for his 60th birthday. One belonged to my late uncle which was presented to him for 25 years service with the company he worked for. I have three watches that were bought with money that was gifted to me. They all have memories associated with them. 🙂
