Haven’t been super active on Watch Crunch lately as being summer my garage/shop is were I spend my free time on non-watch related projects. Then our dog got sick so that’s been sucking up any other free time ( thank god I got Pet Health Insurance). However, it’s Canada Day today so thought I’d post my favourite Canada logo and a picture of my favourite Canadian Watch.
In honour of the day I would suggest you say ‘sorry’ to someone for not reallly doing anything wrong and watch something with Ryan Reynolds or Michael J Fox in it. 😁
Cheers

Is there a "Holmes on Homes" marathon on that I can watch? I need hours of hearing the lack of vowel shift to feel Canadian adjacent. (contra: https://www.macleans.ca/society/life/in-the-midst-of-the-canadian-vowel-shift/ where this is curiously ascribed to "tolerance" as opposed to a centuries long trend in the English speaking world that is merely late to Canada.)
Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦 !!! Time to order a new Marathon!

Been thinking of buying a Marathon Navigator today but alas Cash Flow sucks at the moment.

You could always opt for a Love It or List It marathon where they repeatedly ask "abooot" the "hooose".

Happy Canada Day! Over here in HK it’s 25th anniversary of HK’s handover from Britain back to PRC (and not many are actually celebrating that)
Oh Happy Canadian Day, neighbors to the great white north!
I’ll be listening to Carly Rae Jepsen today to celebrate!
It’s really sweet of Canada to turn my birthday into a national holiday.
Also, I’m from the Midwest, so I’ve also got a black belt in unnecessary use of the word “sorry.” 😂
thanks for the image. I sent this to my Canadian wife and she got a kick out of it.
Happy Canada Day! I went to university in Montreal, fantastic city and great country! 🇨🇦
Thank you for Hockey, Wayne Gretzky and Lord Stanley's Cup.
Speaking of great Canadian passions…
A box of Tim Bits and a double-double, please and thank you.

Our kids and grandkids are in Columbus, so we get to stop at Tim Horton's occasionally. I just put on a green-faced Momentum Steelix Eclipse to celebrate Canada Day !

Funny I don’t know anyone up here who actually still drinks Molson

I used to drink a lot of Molsen back when it was Called Golden Ale. I was planning to take a few cases of beer home with me last time I visited and I was shocked that I could buy Canadian beer for less money in NJ than I could in Canada. On the other hand eating out was much less expensive in Canada.

I'm in the Prairie Provinces and there is a fairly significant Local Micro Brewing Industry and Culture in my area so everyone I know drinks the local product, having said that back in the day all I ever saw my Dad drink was Molson Canadian or Calgary Ale.
I'm spending Canada Day at our summer cottage waiting for the fireworks to start at the beach. And yes I did bring 5 watches along with a good supply of moonshine for the party
Sorry I'm late, eh? 😂 Happy Canada Day! Supporting local 🍁

You forgot poutine.
Speaking of, I’m offended on behalf of Canadians for the lack of a poutine emoji.

You are correct. I do recall have the most awesome poutine with chunks of lobster in it amongst the cheese curd and duck fat, while visiting Charlottetown, PEI.
