Watch Storage Upgrade

I had some scrap wood left from building counters for the camper and decided to address my watch storage challenge.

I previously had 3 watch boxes and another cigar box dedicated to straps. The result was clutter. I wanted one box big enough for my collection and project watches with space for strap storage.

I came up with the following. I’m no fine wood worker but it fills the need. Any other DIY watch boxes out there?

I really like the stacking tray design. Great space saver. It looks sharp. I'm impressed and a smidge jealous.

Thanks the lower valet tray was a late add; wish I had thought of that when I initially started as it would have been easier.

I have a fantasy of making woodworking my retirement gig so I’ve considered it. Would really need to get a lot more efficient though to offer something like this at a cost that someone would pay lol

Thanks that was my first watch mod as I tried to do a diver homage to a Seiko Pogue. One of my favourites still but very heavy when on the wrist so don’t wear it often.

That’s not too bad at all! Looks quite good!
