Anyone know what timezone is WRUW on? Seems it doesn't adjust to user's location.

Been wondering this a while tbh

I am managing to keep my streak going, after the first 30, then 60 days I thought I would stop as I have a very limited collection, so they are always the same watches anyway.

But I like looking at other Crunchers' watches in the WRUW feed, so I thought others would enjoy looking at mine as well and there are new users joining too who have not seen the watches.

I just take a picture of whatever watch I am wearing at the moment I am using the app for the first time in the day, and sometimes I post again if I have changed the watch.

It would be cool if a notification could be configured in the app to send a notification to post to WRUW at a certain time every day if not already done, that way it would be easier for people to keep their streaks.

I am not sure either. Before I know it changes date in my timezone (GMT +8) at 4pm. Currently however it has changed again. I have yet to figure it out too. 😪

Just keep 'em coming. You might be rewarded in some way some day. 😉

I think it is only accessible from the app pare. 😊

The day flips over for me at midnight in my time zone (Mountain).

Whether it does that for other users in their home time zone, I do not know. I also don't know if it changes differently if you happen to be in a different time zone than your home time zone.

What is your reference time compared to GMT may I ask? I am at GMT+8. That would give me an idea when the date changes in my home time zone, thanks.

Before the update, WRUW changed over the day at GMT -9. Now, it seems to change over for everyone at midnight I think.

I was on a reasonably long streak of posting, but not having a set time every day that I need to do it meant i've since missed a day here and there.

I am GMT-6 presently

I thought that the new day time went by Seattle time because of @Max lives there.

Before the big update it WRUW used to update at 4am EST. 1am PST. I few of us would always try and be the first to post when the thread was organized with the first post on top. I spoke with @Max after the update and he said he thought it was still the same as before but I think it shows up as midnight in your location. It’s more confusing now.

It’s 1am PST. Not midnight in Seattle.

I think I was thinking of the time for the 1wc.

Confirmed that date changes at 12mn in my local time zone of GMT+8. I believe it does so on all other time zones at your 12mn too. 🤔

It flips for me PST at the stroke of midnight now. The top 10 are pretty consistent Crunchers. Yippy I’m in 5th place💥My new goal is the "Wristy730"
