I’m veering toward fake, but they are not tiny differences - the chronograph dials are too small, and the Scuba didn’t have an exhibition caseback. Bvlgari on the dial is slightly small and slightly too low. The movement looks a bit cheap under the rotor, and the rotor finish is sketchy,

I’d avoid.
