How is your watch box sorted?

Not really sorted by anything except some boxes have more frequently worn watches.

I sort my watches by order of aquirement/purchase.

• Workers/Beaters

• Catch-All/Misc. (x2)

By price. More expensive in the middle. Less expensive on the sides, or in lower drawer (my box has 2 levels).

I learned long ago the organizing watch boxes is futile. Around the time I got my 3rd 20 slot box.

5 slot box for most worn/best watches.

10 slot box for beaters/less worn.

12 slot box for toys & watches in need of repair.

E - not sorted in any way.

When I do put them in a box it’s usually sorted from the middle out from most to least worn. Otherwise, it’s a similar sorting but just all of them spread out on my dresser

Mine sit on a corner of my kitchen counter except for whatever g shock I have in my truck and whatever one is on my wrist.

I only have one so it’s purely just whatever I want to store the most safely, I guess.

By frequency of wear. And it’s not a box, I am using rolls.

I should really start to sell the many watches in the rolls I have not even opened for months.

I got it sorted by movement type, digitals with digitals, analog quartz with analog quartz, solar with solar, and mechanicals with mechanicals. I don't have that many manual winds or autos so they sit together

I have two watch boxes, one for my more expensive watches and the other for my everyday watches

E: just stick 'em in the box.
