Box 1: Big digital watches (above 40 mm).

If the movement is reliable, then I can live with bad customer service, but if the watch needs frequent service then the customer service should be good. But non of this is relevant if I can't afford the watch to begin with or if I find it too expensive.
One box with big digital watches (G-Shock, Casio AE-1200 etc.), one box with analog watches (Casio Duro, MRW-200 etc.) and one box with small digital watches (Casio F-91W, CA-500 etc.)
