A quick search on my tracks favourited on Spotify shows 35 including "Time" and 5 including "Clock" and 0 including "Watch" (meaning the watch on your hand). The best I can come up with are:
Think of it as Rolex's Tudor, Bulova's Caravelle, Seiko's Lorus, Pulsar, Alba, etc. What songs have actual ticking/clock sounds, either recordings or actual rhythms and percussion played by the band? I can think of "Time Has Come Today" by the Chambers Bros. and "Clockwork Creep" by 10cc. Others have listed "Time" by Pink Floyd and my favorite submission "25 o'clock" by The Dukes of Stratosphear. Any others?
The original topic was a great idea, BTW.
Ticking in songs is difficult to remember, I've probably got several but my mind isn't with it yet. Maybe later. I can recall:
What makes you tick - Terrorvision
Stripped - Jesus Jones (really intense/ loud track that quietens at the end with grandfather clock style ticking)

"Time Has Come Today" by the Chambers Brothers. There should be extra points for any song where part of the music sounds like a ticking clock.
