Long term they will gain value again. If you look at the trend of rolex it always went up, just the growth since 2018 was exponentially but it will go back to the previous growth rate. The thing is that models in preciousl metals usually do not go up that much because not many people can affors them. From money perspective I would keep it but I think more important is how you feel about the watch. With selling it you can buy some serious watches. So I would evaluate how much you like the watch and if you thinking about it long term. If you like it just okey and you feel not sure about, sell it;)
