So, I'm addicted/obsessed with watches. I've been collecting for years. Mainly a "budget" sub $100 collection of 60+ watches and counting. Everything from Citizen to Casio, Invicta and even a Seiko. Have recently gotten into Chinese brands like Pagani Design. I also collect vintage Timex. I wear a different watch as my mood or day takes me.
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
The couple from the first wedding I ever officiated surprised me with a Citizen watch to thank me. It's has its own watch box and I wear it EVERY weekend.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Don't just buy every watch you see. Buy only what you would be proud to wear anytime/anywhere and are willing to discuss. Watches are meant to be worn and enjoyed.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Pagani Design and vintage Timex
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
I've always wanted to own a Rolex. I'll never buy one. I know that if I had one I'd be terrified that something would happen to it, and never wear it. My secondary grail would be a Hamilton Khaki.
