The model seems to be the SNZH55K1.
The two first digits of Seiko serial number (19) means that it was made in September (9) and the year ends in (1) so should be 2011 or 2021.
I don't think someone selling a stolen item wold waste time and money etching a caseback.
If you ask me I wold bet in a not original (fake) watch.
