IWC supplied all the watches for this movie apparently. They had a stop watch cameo and all the pilots were wearing carbon (or something black and tactical) case IWC chronos.

7A38-7280 is the reference. These are known as the Seiko "Speedy" and were made in the 1980's. Seiko made a lot of variants of this one including military models.

These two belonged to my dad, a pilot for 50 years. I have many more but none of them have anywhere near the flight time these have.

I tried this bad boy a few days ago at the IWC boutique in Miami
The pictures does not give it justice. Awesome piece but no budget for this kind of crazyness right now. The strap felt great too.
