Nice pickup! I agree, that strap needs to be replaced. I tried on the 42 and 38 and I found the strap on both to be really uncomfortable. Good thing is there are lots of options out there.

Getting one second-hand is your best bet. I might be willing to part with mine if someone was interested in buying it. I just don't wear it enough.
