Finally as I wanted

Yesterday, after four month, I had the MasterControl complete. When I bought the watch back in September I couldn’t order it on the bracelet from my AD. That version was, suddenly decided by JLC, a boutique version only.  I could however order the bracelet separately. Long story short, my AD couldn’t get an estimated delivery date from JLC. After new year I gave up and ordered directly from JLC e-commerce channel. Turned out that that order didn’t go as smoothly either but yesterday I got the bracelet.

Even if I really like the original strap I think the bracelet add a dimension to the watch and makes it right at home in less formal situations.

Not great, 5 bar.

Well, as my wife would say, that's enough to wash the dishes ! (I bought a dishwasher the next day)

One of my favorite watches out there.  Congrats!!

That's a great watch.

That's a great watch.

It is, and I think the new bracelet elevated it even further.

Congrats Per!

Looks great on bracelet and strap! Can’t lose!

Complete/Triple calendars with apertures and moonphase subdials are neglected by a lot of manufacturers!

·

Beautiful !!! Congrats!! Sooo Lovely!! and Classy!!

Thank you!  As I stated in my original NWA post back in September. This will be my most complicated watch. But I do love everything going on with this watch.

What an absolute beauty! Agree with your preference for the bracelet. Curious about the date jumping from 4 to 7 o’clock?

That is one of the beauties. It jumps so the datewheel don’t shadow the Moonphase. Brilliant in my book.

A fabulous looking watch on strap or bracelet!

·

So pretty. Dress up or dress down - you have both covered now. Wear it well!

·

I like the bracelet, agree it adds something to the look and makes it a dress casual, a category I wear more and more as my ties gather dust in the closet.

Your pictures remind me how much I like this one, saw it at a local AD last year. May need a trip back there . . .

The Strap is Suave! The Bracelet is not Bad! 😁

·

Beautiful!  I did the same with my Master Control -- the OEM bracelet is currently in the vault for use once the leather wears out.

·

Worth the extra effort, and now you can enjoy!

·

The JLC Master Control collection all look great! Never seen anyone wear this on a bracelet before so that's pretty unique. It looks like quite a chunker too - what's the thickness of that?

·

🤤

Looks fantastic! Perserverance pays off.

It continues to make me shake my head when brands don't make the various bracelets/straps easily available for their customers to purchase. I can understand that the watches themselves can be difficult to produce in quantity because of all the mechanical parts, etc. But straps and bracelets are not that hard to manufacture.

Glad you were finally able to obtain the bracelet.

Good thinking! It’s illustrated with the Calender and Chrono only. Good to know it fits the complete Master Control line.

The bracelet? Haven’t measured it. It feels substantial but nothing that stands out. It’s not delicat, more on par with a bracelet for a sports model. The watch is 11mm.

Thank you! It has been frustrating. The B to B side seems always have had hard with a quick dialogue. With the e-commerce the order was delayed. My order was not confirmed. It turned out there was inventory saldo issue. Officially I was saved by another cancellation when I started mailbombing and call them. In the end, all good.

·

Damn that looks awesome on the bracelet.  I think I prefer the bracelet over the strap on this one.

Wow, only 11mm thick? That's surprising, I suppose the slab-sided nature of the case makes it look chunkier than it really is.

·

So much better with the bracelet, no contest.

·

Beautiful watch looks great on both the bracelet and the strap.

Stunning! Simply Stunning!! Enjoy and Best Regards. Eric
