Fellow Crunchers,
Lately I have been attracted to orange dials. I am uncertain if it is because it is the month of October (Halloween here in the US)? Regardless, they are eye catching and seemingly look like the Great Pumpkin. I think my preference is the Tag Heuer Aqua Racer, but know there are great orange dials out there by Seiko, Breitling, Nomos, etc. Let’s see your thoughts on orange pieces. Are you a fan or do you think they look like baby throw up? There are no wrong answers here.

I like my Monster, and I like the color orange, but generally I wouldn't go for an orange dial.
This one has my attention.

That is legit.
I have this one.
I have this one.
I love that Seiko.
Love an orange dial!!
I've previously owned an orange dial Seiko Samurai. I moved on from it when I got the orange Nomos. I love having an orange watch, but can't justify having more than one.
Orange is my favorite color, and I have orange things all around me, but I haven't committed to an orange dial watch yet. I do have this though...

I like the look of a lot of what Nomos offers, and this one is no exception overall. It is a simple, elegant face but I don't get why they decided to mix Roman Numerals in there? Yeah, it is unique, but it took away from my initial positive reaction and turned it into a question of, "Why did they do that?" Maybe there's something I don't know as a newbie to the whole horological hobby we find ourselves in. Thoughts? Set me straight.

That’s a glorious Seiko though with orange trim.
I'm not a fan of all orange dials, but I think an orange dialed Doxa would be a pretty cool weekend/vacation watch. I was tempted to get a Sub 200 Professional, but there were just a few too many little things I didn't love about the watch.

It’s called a California Dial. It’s a mix of Roman Numerals and Arabic Numerals. Usually the Roman Numerals go from 10-2. I think this Nomos pulls it off well and looks like they took a creative approach to it.
I wouldn’t say I have a thing for orange dials but I do own two — a G-Shock NASA square, and an orange Samurai. Definitively not everyday wears, but I like having some color to spice things up! And I wear them regardless of whether it’s summer or not, cuz why not?

Yes! This would be my strategy as well!
@yarko_on_the_go did a whole post on this subject a couple of days ago.

Ok I have "The One" you need then... Seiko Nemo limited Edition...incredible gorgeous watch
The Seiko GMT is a great start and @Cigaristo already mentioned Doxa as have others. Love an orange Doxa, but the 300 case shape isn‘t for everyone. The 600T has some orange options as well
And how can you just walk away from the new Superocean?
If orange is your thing, rock it. Doesn’t matter what any of us here think. There is no argument when it comes to matters of personal taste.
I haven’t gone all in on an orange dial yet, but I do love some orange accents and an orange strap 😃
Check out the Vero Open Water Diver

Well, i can highly recommend this one from Breitling. Now that the new SuperOceans are out, you can pick up one of these bad boys for a great discounted price.
To be honest, the Citizen has more of a yellow tint - at least on the pictures. I don't know what it looks like in person, but from the pictures, the TAG would be the better choice!
Orange Seiko est vraiment bourré de Pep's.

So nice
orange is just great and fun. It doesn‘t matter if orange covers the whole dial or just the hand always a joy
Big fan of my Doxa 300T Professional
Just great - phantastic Watch

This is one of their greats
Love orange, yellow and all things brought. Anyone seen the limited ArtInTime Chopard Alpine Eagle in orange? Wow✨
Orange, yellow, all amazing colors for dials. I personally love for example the Doxa Sub 200 in orange!
