Hi Everyone my name is Phil. I am not a social media kind of guy, Facebook, Twitter, Insta, zero interest. Haven't a clue how they work and don't really wanna know either. Gave Twitter a go at one stage lasted about 2 days, didn't get it. what's a feckin hashtag? (They are on this site aswell I know but till haven't a clue...I'm sure I will figure it out) Im in my mid thirties by the way, not a complete Oul Fella yet by any means yet ,so I probably should know more about these things. Recommended this site upon researching a watch on YouTube, ( Ben's Watch Club Channel) if he's on here thanks for the recommendation. I just love the way it's about just one subject, WATCHES!!! No other Bullshit.

I have been using the site for a while, for research, great photos, and great opinions. But while I was out the back tonight having a few scoops on a lovely Irish evening ( they are few and far between by the way) I said feck it lets set up a profile.

I started collecting by buying a watch about a year or so ago. My wedding ring looked a bit lonely so I wanted to compliment it with a nice watch. I bought a Sekonda, a bargain brand I know but I hadn't a clue, it looked lovely in the shop window, and it still looks lovely now. A month or so later I reckoned I needed another watch and well.... By reading a lot of posts on this site you can probably guess what happened.

I won't bore you with my journey since then, I have purchased a few watches since. Maybe I might post some pics up if I figure out what a # is... I probably don't need to know but however...😂😂😂

The pic I have on this post is of one of my Casioaks. I wanted to take a nice pic outside on the patio with my beer, but my outdoor light bulb blew so the lighting was shite, so here it is in the kitchen. Not a great G Shock photo location, but however, needs must.

Anyway that's me.
