I got triggered by the birth of my son. I believe it’s a coping mechanism and will have its auto limit. Due to little budget, I have nothing over USD$50, and my condition is that I wear every them as I do not believe in a holy grail watch piece.

None of my watches cost more than USD$50 simply because I have a very tiny budget to play with. Also with a young infant to look after, priorities differ greatly when becoming a parent. But I do not let that deter me from having fun with my watches, and loving them for what they are. It is also reassuring to daddy-proof them and seeing them weather through poop, puke and pee with the same stoic attitude with me😝

Being a new dad, all I can say is go for any of the Casio and Casio G-Shock models as they have never failed me once. I also daddy-tested Cat (by Caterpillar) and Chinese dark horse North Edge. So far they have been faithful, and able to take shit, snot, vomit and pee attacks in stride and never flinched❤️
