38 and bigger, my first serious watches were 36mm Rolex but long time since I was 150 pounds after a big dinner plus I am big boned. I still wear a few 48mm Breitling chronographs also.
All of the above. My smallest is my vintage Omega at 32.5 mm, my largest is my B&M chronograph at 42.5. I consider my sweet spot is 37 - 39, but I don't really care as long as the piece isn't so big it extends past the sides of my wrist.

39 is a sweet spot for me. i can and do go up to 46, as i have 8”/20cm wrists, but i like the 38-39-40 sizes best
