My digital watches collection! :)

Hello all! After a couple of years of collect my favorite kind of watches, finally I feel very happy of how is going and I want to share it with you guys.

I hope this collection continue to grow, my goal is some day I could have a mini private museun for any person who want to see it and my daughter(12) who seems to enjoy it as much I do.

I will add in the future not only wrist watches, I want to add some digital game watches.

I use and play with some of the watches at home..hehe, but I use sometimes the casios Protek and G-shock.

Any comment or suggestion is very welcome!

Thanks!

JC

Well, it’s a start… Seriously, that’s a staggering collection, and you do a good job of displaying them.

·

Wow , that's some some collection !!! Congrats 🍻

·

That is impressive! Do you always keep them all running or did you do that for the pic? How many different types of batteries do you need to keep on hand?

Hi there, I keep all the watches running, I enjoy to look those working 100%(no defects), most of the casio use different kind of 3V batteries, a few have solar batteries, so no need to change in a long time, Seiko, Citizen, Lorus etc., those use various types, but in the end I need to keep maybe 8 to 10 types of batteries on hand.

What is your total count?

What is your total count?

Those are 128 digital watches, including 4 that are not in the picture, the watch pen and game are not included in the count.

Greetings.

Holly Molly! What a collection!

Enjoy those watches!

Cheers!

·

Quite a collection! Looks like time for a second cabinet 😉

What the heck is the watch on green nylon strap, on second shelf down, a Tissot with what looks like a picture of lower leg bones? Crazy weird looking thing!

·

Those game watches are too cool!

·

Fabulous collection.

My guess is you had an AE 1200 on your wrist.......Or my eyesight is failing me!

Really enjoyed looking through your line up.

Hat's off to you.

Amazing collection. With the advent of the apple watch, and other networked smart watches, quartz watches will one day be considered vintage and very collectable!

Yes, is a Tissot Two Timer, is a kind of skeleton watch, sadly the band is not original, the original is rubber strap, but it completely deteriorated at some point.

God damn! 💯

Ahh, yes, bottom section! How did I miss it?🤓 Mine is on the metal bracelet. Easily confused I am!

Great present too, how lovely.

You inspired me this morning and I have worn my B650 today. Nice big display for my ageing eyes 😂

·

Very cool!

·

This is probably the coolest thing I've seen all day. 👍

·

I miss Donkey Kong...you are lucky to have it.....I feel nostalgic seeing it in your collection

·

Amazing collection, I have only two of this...

Image

And two over 30 yers old Casio Telememo 50 Data Bank DB-510G in golden metal, with golden displays and just 8mm thin, plus buttons - but they has broken & lost plastic Reverse & Forward buttons... That I did use as my daily for about 6 years, before I bought my first Grail a truly amazing Citizen digi-ana... Plus a very similar Casio Telememo 30 Data Bank DB-310 gold on plastic, also with golden display and that one is almost as new...

And I did just Google this photos of very similar versions...

Hi there, The Casio Telememo is one of my favorites, but mine is not so perfect like yours, you sold one of the most wanted vintage ana-digital watches, one by the way, I have been hunting all this time.

I only sold the Citizen digi-ana... I still have the others, as the two Grail Casio Oceanus...

But both tele memo 50 have lost their plastic back & forvard buttons...

My tele memo 30 look almost as new and this one too...

Even if that is the worst photo I ever took!

And I discover that I have this Casio too...

Also almost as new...

The almost never used digi-ana in mint condition (on the lousy photo) is a Casio [306] AQ-711 made in Japan, with some roman numerals 26,6mm wide and 7mm thin golden metal case - which I can sell for 123 euro plus postage - including the original genuine leather band AND the following new bracelet I just bought...

And the almost never used digital alarm chronograph is a Casio [449] SA-70G made in Japan, with 30mm wide and only 6mm thin golden metal case - which I can sell for only 44 euro plus postage... That may actually be the thinnest digital watch with metal case, Casio ever made!

And the almost never used digital telememo 30 is a Casio [871] DB-310 with 32mm wide and 8,4mm thick (plus the buttons) golden plastic case - which I also can sell for 33 euro plus postage!
