Bracelet problems!

Anyone else on the crunch run into this issue? I have a hell of a time sizing my bracelets.

Not because my 7.5" wrist. That's just a full link here, half link there, fiddle with micro adjustments a bit.

I'm talking about having hands so much bigger that you can barely fit your watch over!

I have to put watches on this way, with the case in my palm and slowly squeeze it over my thumb (which is cranked into my palm)

I can't imagine I'm the only one or worse, are there people who can't wear bracelets because how big their palms are? Rhetorical question for sure.

Additionally, I wear my bracelets snug but not tight. I can currently squeeze a finger under it on my wrist to account for wrist swelling.

My wrist size is similar to yours but hands aren't. Sorry, I'm of no help.

·

Yeah, there's been at least two people that have made this known since I've been on the Crunch.

They were kinda stuck with only straps that could separate.

·

My hands are also large compared to my wrist, putting on a braceleted watch is a struggle sometimes.

But hey, you know what they say about guys with big hands, eh?

·

I am exactly in the same situation (putting on bracelet watches with the case in my palm), and I also have a 7.5" wrist. I don't mind that too much. Butterfly clasps open much wider than regular ones, btw.

...They clap loud?

I have the same tight fit, I can get it on but it's not by much.

They have issues wearing their favorite watch on a bracelet?

Must be hard for you to get pringles out of the tube 😅

·

Same issue. 7.5 inch wrist but wide hands. Doesn’t seem to be as much on an issue on newer watches but my millennial speedy can be a PITA to put on if my hands are swollen.

·

I have similar issues, I've perfected it now but it can be a pain in the bahookie

·

I guess divers extension isn’t just for body suits then!

·

I have a big wrist and big hands/fingers. I only have this little inconvinience with few watch bracelets. The others are fine.

·

It’s a minor issue for me for sure but not insurmountable.

·

Yes I have swapped out most of my braclets for other things for this reason. The few I have left have diver extensions which I have to use to slide over my hands. Wrist are about 7 1/4" but if I make it snug the way I like it then my hands don't fit through without some sort of escape artist contortions of my hand to slide it on.

·

Yup

·

Sometimes this happens to me with some watches. With my Omega SMP I have to deploy the divers extension. My Rolex Date is the one that I struggle. It makes its way, but getting there is almost like executing a perfect 3-point turn.

·

Sounds like you need a bracelet with a divers extension!!

·

No I’ve small girly hands haha but luckily other things look bigger when I’m holding them 🤣🤣

I was going to suggest this too!

Family calls it my dad clap

·

You need a bracelet with a longer folding clasp.

Doesn't help if the original doesn't come with one I know but you could look to the after market.

Zelos had this issue with the first swordfish. 2nd one came with a longer clasp

·

Same for me

sorry for the bad picture,

this is one of my bounty watches.

a friend of mine who we call grizzly, who I believe may be part bear, lost it in a bet,

it's a stupid watch, but he had it with extra links so it can fit him. and the clasp isn't that big or anything, but, according to him, was the only thing he could get over his massive hands. he wears 13 or 14 size gloves(maybe even more, I don't know for sure, he is like 2m and something and really massive, and hairier than me, if you can believe that)

I had to took out like half of the links for the watch to fit me.

maybe try and find something like this, or see if there is some kind of after market clasp or bracelet that can accommodate you.
