Dunno, I think they’d go with something like Longines or Hamilton. Those are the brands that have some kind of mass appeal that could generate sales and buzz.
They will pick one of their obscure expensive brands to stir up interest but make a cheap plastic caricature of it like the last 2 times. Longines is popular and not expensive enough so they will go with an old brand that only the top 1% ever bought.
Why would another watch group or brand outside of Swatch do a collaboration? The lower tier Swatch brands, who’d want a plastic Khaki Field or a PRX?! Moronic.

I think that you are correct, at least it would make the most sense..JMO I could do without any of them but that is JMO
Longines would be the natural choice. I don’t see Glashutte or Breguet having the draw.
Not sure blancpain has the draw either if that's the criteria. Longines is a good one. I think Longines or Glaschutte are good choices too. Imagine a plastic SeaQ?? That would be dope.
I think it would be great if swatch could do a Tissot PRX digi colab. At least that would give you more to obsess over.
The PRX would be out of the question because for a few hundred more you could buy the original in metal. Plus they already sell well and do not need the boost.
Serious answer: if it's going to be a disposable watch again, then please don't make it (for obvious reasons). It's a fun watches, I'm glad that people like it, but it should not be an another threat for the nature.
If I dream a little, then I vote for Swatch-Breguet collaboration (and not just a pilot chronograph, something more rare and complicated). At least it sounds fun. Yeah, I know, it's almost impossible - but that's why it would be interesting and not boring.
Glashütte Original X Swatch PanoMaticLunar, the PanoMaSwatch 😍
Or they go completely nuts with something like Breguet X Swatch Reine de Naples, the Swaples 🙈. I mean, the Reine de Naples is quite Swatchy already 🤷🏻♂️.

I'm a wishful thinker, so I chose D.
I‘m pretty sure they will milk that calobo-cow for a long time.

I don't see them doing it with Hamilton. The price ranges of Swatch and Hamilton are close enough that sale cannibalism is a real risk.
Longines is a bit safer, but Longines seems to lack an iconic line (like Speedy and Fifty Fathom).

D, would be good.
After they did a tool chronograph, and a diver, what's left? Field watch, dresser, racing (moonwatch covered that i suppose), and aviation.
My bet is on a Longines Spirit.
G-Shwatch.

Swatch x Rado - Captain Cook at $162.00
Swatch + Hamilton Murph = S/Murph.

E - Something else
Maybe...Swatch x Breguet...You could just see them pulling off a plastic Type XX using a quartz chronograph movement...
Just sayin'...
Breguet and when new Bond gets out Seamaster
Add the words "I hope" in front of answer D.
