A hello from Patrick at Christopher Ward.

Hello! My name is Patrick and I work in Marketing, here at CW. Not to worry, though, I’m a watch enthusiast before I’m a marketeer and I’m here to share a wealth of images of new, old and rare CWs, answer any Q’s you may have and generally get stuck in with my fellow community members on this lovely new platform.

Welcome Patrick !

Big fan but not a CW owner yet, waiting for my perfect watch to be released (I know it will come soon-ish)

Enjoy Crunchville !

·

Big CW fan, talk you up every chance I get. We met in SF but I’m sure you met a lot of people there so no way you would recall. Glad you’re here.

My bad, it was Will, the Designer and Mike, the last two shows in SF.

Hello Patrick. You seem to be doing very well at your job, I hear a lot of praise for your watches. Not an owner myself yet but think it's a matter of time. No pun intended

Hey @Starduck7! We stopped making designated women’s watches around 9 years ago. I loved a lot of them and it’s great to see customers come into the showroom wearing them now and again. They also often pop up as bargains on eBay and Chrono.

The reason we stopped making them is fairly simple: the demand was far lower than on our unisex watches. Trends have changed and we’re delighted to now be making 36mm and 38mm watches. I can also tell you that we’ll be releasing a stunning 36mm watch towards the end of August. I’ll let you guess what that is!

Thanks for your points on the web filters. I’ll take a look at these on site and talk to my colleagues about how we can optimise them better.

I'm also looking forward to more 36mm watches. Totally understand why you no longer make ladies models, although it is a shame. Is there anywhere that we might find pictures of the discontinued models? Would be good to get a feel for whether something is genuine if a used ladies version ever pops up somewhere.

·

Not a complaint but I'd like to say I really liked the dive watch designs with CW at the 9 o'clock. I know a lot of people didn't but I miss it

Thanks!! And yeah I knew I had to buy it the moment I saw it. Would've done the same with the C63 Blue Marine if it wasn't that big 😭

One of the best looking CW in my opinion

God the new logo looks so good on a red dial

·

Not (yet) an owner but love your stuff, especially the bel canto and the twelve

·

Christopher who? 😉

Big fan, and here's some feedback for you.

I want a Titanium 12, but you want all my money now to deliver it in November(maybe)

Why are you treating it differently to the bel canto where you take a 1\3 deposit?

PS. I like having brands represented on here, gives us the chance to interact directly & ask questions, as long as they are being clear upfront that they work for a company

Maybe we need a separate contact the brands section?

Or pin them to the top of the #(brand)

Always had eye on CW, lots of great ideas and independence.

One of these days I will likely get one. Was close on bel canto but still waiting for one with a second hand

I know you aren’t asking .. but for fun - My CW wish list is :

Sometimes do a different looking hour hand on divers and other sports watches. Disliking that hand means almost every CW is kinda ‘nope’ 🫤. Maybe someday will grow on me but not yet.

Carbon watch with screw crown!

Ceramic watch with screw crown!

Thanks for listening and glad CW is doing so well. The current fave diver:

That red really pops 👍

Welcome! I finally got to try on a bunch of CWs at the Chicago Windup. I feel it's a bit more risk to spend potentially 4 figures on a watch (some CWs) without trying them on, especially when importing them from another country. I was absolutely blown away. Well built and every watch I tried on was comfortable on wrist. The Twelve in particular was quite impressive.

·

Just ordered my Ti Twelve over the weekend. Now I just have to wait until Feb to get it.

·

Hope you can help me… The Twelve 40 mm on a 6.5 inches wrist would it work? Or should I go for the 36 mm?

·

Im dying to see a leather strap for the twelve
