I can see both sides of the argument to be honest. Recently had the same kind of issue in the music industry. I suppose there is only so many designs you can do before you start encroaching on someone else's design, especially when it's further narrowed to being a dive watch. In the end I suppose it will be down to the purchaser, if they have done their research and are happy with the product then go for it. After all I haven't seen any supermarkets been taken to task for copying baked beans and the like at a cheaper price. Oh and are available to anyone.
