I take it you've tried on both yourself? I don't own either but I've tried on both and the 35mm was a much better fit on my 7" wrist

the 35mm white is the "mother of pearl" dial which is responsible for the pearlescence you described.

Fantastic piece! I have the white dial variant that I use when I work out or if I'm worried about damaging one of my mechanical watches

I own the platinum leaf chronograph. Fantastic piece overall. I just wish I measured one of their straps when I bought it, as it's not long enough for my wrist.

In retrospect, I myself have bought too many watches over the course of two years. I went from ~5 watches in 2021 to ~15 today. If I were you in this situation, I would tell myself to slow it down, enjoy your collection, and don't look for the "next thing" because there can and will always be a "next thing."

As for a recommendation, if I must, something flashy with a vibrant dial like a Tissot PRX
