Further down the rabbit hole

Besides watches in general I’m now finding myself constantly looking & wanting watch related items….. every night watching YouTube about watches too 🙈 is this normal for us watch geeks ? Or  overboard?

Are those coasters in the photo? Whatever they are, I'd be interested in learning more about them.

·

Definitely not overboard, I've heard that some on here wear timex pants so on a scale of 1 to 10 your only a 5, so don't worry (yet)🤯

Big boys with expensive toys 🤷🏻‍♂️⌚️

Normal for me since YouTube is pretty much my primary entertainment on my TV. Watches, camera gear, movie/tv reviews, and sports talk… with the first two taking turns setting my wallet on fire. 😂

Normal, same rabbit hole I have been in for over two years.

I think about 2 yrs myself as I was just starting doing more research , prior to that I got my first “real” watch way back in 2008 and it was a one watch collection till in about 2016 I started getting into G-shocks just to go higher level watches now

·

Normal, I've been doing it for years and have a large collection of watch books and parts.

1- puffer

1- watch box (holds 12 watches)

10- straps/NATO/bracelets

1- A Man and His Watch (book)

1- entered and won the WatchCrunch 50K Subs Giveaway (Timex Q Chronograph)

10-subscriptions to YouTube watch channels

1- removed cyclops from Seiko King Turtle

1- replaced mineral crystal on Casio Duro with AR-coated sapphire and added cyclops

2- hydro-modded both Casio Duro and MRW-200 with silicone oil.

1- used donor watch to replace movement in Swiss Army 1884 Captain‘s watch

3- watches ruined trying to perform mods Duro (replaced), Timex Weekender (not replaced)  and Swiss Army watch (replaced).

Lots of Batteries, Polywatch, microfiber clothes

Sooo…. before I answer your question as to whether this is “normal behavior”, I need to know where I can get a set of those coasters.

Love the coasters. Those are a definite must buy for my birthday in April!

Coasters, Diver dial wall clocks, etc..If it's got a watch dial on it it's fair game. I look for vintage magazines at estate and garage sales for watch ad's.. So down the rabbit Tunnel

So not asking for myself, I'm asking for a friend. Where do you get Timex pants?
