What would you pair with this one? Nice patina, I almost thought a vintage-look red leather. But I'm torn, hoping someone has some examples or tips! Hoping to have a few options once it's back up and running.

Even some warm grey suede leather strap could work🤔

The green is such a great idea. I'll have to credit you if I order one!
Thank you! Movement needed some love, rotor was broken at the pivot, stem broken, but everything else is somehow rust free and clean beautiful
Brown suede. Fuzzier the better.
Very nice find.
Nice watch! I’m a sucker for green suede
Champagne-ish patina, gold hands and indices, steel case:
Taupe suede is the go-to for wearing vintage dress watches with a contemporary casual look. In my mind, a lightly padded or unpadded lizard strap is still the go to for wearing a vintage dress watch in a situation where you want the dressiness and vintageness to shine.
with that color, maybe tan or a gray. Or you can go both a bolder color like a red leather

Great visual examples, thank you so much
Check out Delugs straps. A little expensive, but superb.
You can do almost anything with this.
Check out Bulang and Sons for a guide on watches with gold or champagne dials like this.
I’d look at Molequin or Delugs for straps. Good luck, this is beautiful.
Black leather strap
✔️ vote is for vintage burgandy/red leather!
Grey green sailcloth….decent ones from Strapco.
Either deep burgundy or green shelll cordovan. Both will age and patinate and should be lovely.
Genuine liizard skin really brings out the vintage vibes of a watch I find. This one is from Hirsch and the quality is excellen
Classic padded leather also goes well
Green Zero-Pass?
Summer is coming! Thus, I would go with a fresh and playful look
Maybe a nice red-brown lizard grain?
What is the ref number of this model?
Not entirely sure yet, it's the Cal. 491, not a lot of info yet but I'll see what I can find when I get it back together

Not too dissimilar vintage omega on a cream ostrich strap :). I tried a few options before landing on this, and absolutely love it
☺️🥰😍😘
Brown distressed leather for a casual look and black crocodile for a dress look IMO.
That green strap is beautiful, what brand?
Tuns Leather on Etsy. Highly recommend. Delugs quality, half the price. 😊
grey perlon for me
Black, red, brown, green suede, or light blue are all great options. Maybe a nice Beads of Rice?
