Not sure about the Flighty but I have a fairly busy older Prospex that’s is ver legible. You should be able to see the time with a quick glance without straining your eyes or focussing too much.
I recently got a mod as a throw-in to even up a trade. It has fast become one of my favorite watches. Took it to my watchmaker and he verified it has an NH35 keeping decent time. He also tested pressure for 50m water resistance. I think good mods show artistry and genius…..kind of like guys taking old Civics and making beautiful 1-offs with them.
I once scratched the crystal on an early 70’s birth year seamaster….original crystal in beautiful shape. I was cutting the lawn…..now it just means that I’ll never get back what I paid for it….which is ok because I should t ever sell or trade it…..
