After a week of debates and votes, we are down to two. Good luck to both of these awesome brands.

Farer. Design elements and language. Attention to detail. Physical and visual usability. Dimensions and specs. Build quality. Price range. In other words, stunning beauty and build. Can easily punch way above its weight and leave boring and predictable luxury brands in the dust. 😎

·

Gotta go with Farer. I have the Leven and am considering a Lander IV when they get more in stock.

·

This is a juicy match up!  If you follow the WatchCrunch IG account, you already know my vote 😉

·

Very happy both of these are in the final. Good luck to both!

Very interesting results - would love to see some stats that came out of this

I much prefer Baltic’s classic looks. I am not really sure I understand how Farer beat out the competition to get this far, I don’t particularly like a single watch they make. Absolutely no accounting for taste right!? 😂

·

I do like what Baltic have to offer, they make some very affordable and great looking watches, but I think Farer just take it too that next level in terms of quality, fit and finish so my vote has to go to them on this one.

Can't wait to see the final outcome from this survey, it has definitely been interesting and eye opening as to what other watch collectors here find best value and their taste in the micro brand world.

That's about how I feel as well! 🤣

i voted Farer as I agree with @hakki501 but I do like Baltic’s salmon dial.

Here's Farers contact page.  If enough of us send them messages, they might personally come accept this prestigious award  🙌😆

I mean, they definitely earned it. I couldn’t find another tournament like this.

I am psyched with how many brands took the time to pop into this group to support this. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Thank you joining and taking the time to comment. Also a shout out to the team at Farer for providing fresh takes on watches at prices that are obtainable for many. Clearly the fans have spoken here. I know I cherish my Bernina.

To celebrate, a Farer Watch Crunch Limited Edition anyone?

Gotta be a black/green colourway right??

A white dial with a large green WatchCrunch bezel to celebrate our logo.  The icons of 12 influential members will be the indices.  A crazy hours movement and watch hands with limp wrists.

·

@AllTheWatches just wanted to say thanks for doing this tournament. Sadly, it’s been the most fun I’ve had for years.

·

Definitely Farer (though I own watches from both brands and love them both). Wider variety of timepieces, amazing attention to detail (just look at that movement in the Stanhope II), and really solid fit and finish.

Certainly check out their current lineup.

Hmmm….like it! How about diver. Green bezel but thin. Sapphire onto top of it. Skeletonised, high polished hands on a white dial and wait for it… the WC logo as each hour marker (Can you get black lume??). Tropic leather strap. Watch Crunch x Farer engraving on the solid caseback. 38mm case with 39mm bezel.

·

I‘d go with the Sellita. Baltic have a more subdued appearance but it’s all miyota and seagul

I mean, come on!! 😍

That is a cool combo.

Both great offerings and I’d love to own models from both. For me, I just have to look at batting average and Baltic hasn’t missed with any of their releases. I do think that Farer is much more courageous/adventurous with their designs but that can be a double-edge sword. Both worthy champions - great work @AllTheWatches ! 🤙

Let's take a page from Swatch.  Farer can build them and advertise them where ever their watches are sold but you can only get one from Watch Crunch after completing the 1 watch challenge with this watch.

That is limited! Worse than ‘by application only‘… !😂
