When I talk to non-watch people, or people who are new or interested in watches, I like to remind them(and myself) that your wristwatch is entirely your own experience. It doesn't matter if someone else cares or not, it's in ernest a small gift for your eyes, and a reminder that your time on this earth is finite.

its freaky how cheap things on aliexpress are... for some tools, like non-precision, you kinda cant beat it.
huh, I believe what I do is the opposite. I first set to 6am to make sure im past the danger zone, then do day and date, then set the time.... it is one extra crown pull. might have to switch.
