The Bond Nylon - BB54

Someone had to do it. Intentionally missized and all.

Love it!!!

·

Dig it!

·

Extremely Bond! Love the accuracy!

·

They should include this in the advertising materials. You probably just sold 5 of them.

·

You just need a wider strap now 😉

·

Spot on. Well done sir!

·

Yes sir!

·

Well done, tho for mod two set the time the same and hold a rechargeable electric torch lol.

I did consider setting the time but decided that the bezel would have to do

Size small 😂

·

As soon as I saw it was smaller than it should be, I knew I had a new best friend!

·

Yes! I celebrate this.

I was going to say nope, but if it’s good for Bond, especially Sean Connery as Bond (to me the ultimate James Bond, that’s for another discussion), it’s golden! The BB54 looks almost identical to the old Rolex Sub.

·

I hadn't realized that the dial design was so similar. Only the hands are really diff. Bravo!

·

"No Mr. Bond, I expect you to.....*pause*......excuse me, I couldn't help but notice....your strap is a bit, well...small, isn't it?"

I wonder if Rolex would ever make a smaller cased sub like this one? Isn’t this 38mm?

37mm. I’m not holding my breath for Rolex to do anything like this but hey, they brought back the 36mm Explorer so I’d love for them to surprise us! The best surprise though would be them sorting out their AD’s and getting watches into the hands of people who actually like watches!

Sensational! What size strap did you use?

The strap is from Esprit NATO

18 mm nato?

16mm

I very much agree. I bought my Rolex (before I sold it) second hand and much much prefer the 5 digits. That’s why I’m saving for a 1990s explorer 1. It’s just so classic and I love the “Neo vintage” feel of the 5 digit models.

·

Now that cool!👊🏻😎

·

This is the level of watch nerd and good human I aspire to be. Cool shot!! Love the bond reference!!

Holding out for a non-gilt model . But you nailed it, looks so damn good 🔥🔥

·

Haha great pic 007👏

·

Nice 👍🏼

·

See of Erika’s MN makes a “ Bond” strap with the correct width , that will kill it totally 👍🏼.
