NWA #4 in memory of Snow
I received this as a Christmas gift from my son and wife. I was curious as to why she chose the white version. Her response was that I told her that watch nerds attach memories and moments to their timepieces. And then it would be passed down to our kids in the future.
My wife chose the white version for our dog, Snow whom we said goodbyes to today.
Snow came into our lives unexpectedly. She barely survived an attack from another dog when we met her. My fiance (now wife) and I just purchased our new home and we offered to foster her until she recovered. She was already already about 13-14 years old when we took her in. We ended up deciding to let her live out the rest of her life with us. This sweet angel has been a part of our family before we even were officially a family.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. It definitely hits hard. It is awesome that you have a watch to remember her by. I had to put my girl, Miko, down in June 2022, and I still miss her very much. Rest In Peace, Snow.

Beautiful story... I did something similar way back in 2015 when my dog (been with me for 15 years since she was a pup) passed away from cancer... it's always sad to say goodbye to a family pet but I'm sure now your new watch will give you a reminder of Snow

Sorry for your loss. I love the story. I got this G Shock as a gift. I’m very happy with it. My girlfriend was very kind and gave me a gift card and this is what I got. I remembered my love of watches and their history. So I got back into it. I have about 20+ watches and most were bought this year. I also joined Watch Crunch and began to talk to our community. Yep, I’m a watch nerd. I’m stalking several watches on eBay right now. It’s a great hobby and I learn about myself and others that love timepieces. Lovely piece. Thanks for sharing.
