Hi everyone!
I’ve been collecting watches since 2021, but my love for watches has stretched a lot further back than that! I was introduced to the watch world in 2018 when I first discovered Hodinkee’s watch channel on YouTube. I quickly fell in love with John Mayers watch collection and started doing my own research on Rolex and other brands. Ever since that day I was hooked!
Today I’m sharing with you all my Rolex Datejust 36 with a champagne striped dial. This quickly became one of my daily watches because of the simple case design and intriguing dial.

Probably one of the few rolexes that I would buy and wear. I’m not into new flashy / bling stuff. When I look at a watch I search for the emotion that it emits. I love the pieces that emanate power, strong ground (like a heavy boxer). I like people who use few and simple words to transmit something, and that’s it. No implied / ironical / metaphorical vocabulary. 3 minutes of talk and negotiation are enough. Anything that’s more then 3 minutes it seems that the other person is trying to sell me something that I shouldn’t buy.
That’s what your watch is transmitting me and I think it’s a wonderful piece. Congrats! Enjoy the hell out of it!
