If you don’t feel comfortable on public transportation with a watch I don’t think you should own it, maybe it’s just me but if I I’m constantly worried about my watch and what I can take it it’s not worth the money, the watch and the lifestyle don’t match
As someone who finds the current semester kinda ugly my opinion is clear, but if you don’t love a watch I think you should move on and find something that connects with you.
Oris will probably be my first “luxury” watch but may not be the best choice for him Heaven that it is an integrated bracelet and the only other choice is a rubber strap, a Tudor black bay 58/54 black would be my choice for those requirements
