Which Omega for my next watch?

Got a Omega Aqua Terra last year, and looking for another. Love the seamster 300m but also love to have a chronograph, what do you think is a good next buy?

Can't go wrong with either, but my vote is for a 3861 Speedmaster. Now, sapphire or hesalite?

I like sapphire over hesalite but the manual wind bothers me.

See, that's one of my favorite parts. Winding it each morning as I drink my coffee....

The Seamaster is beautiful, I just had issues with the helium valve and no taper bracelet....

I like the white dial as it looks special and seems to suit me.

Looks so good on the black rubber strap too....

They are all wonderful. My vote goes for the white Seamaster but it really depends on your wrist. I would try it first especially because of the helium valve. I have the blue version and have no problem with it but I know other watch enthusiasts have had issues.

·

love the black-white contrast and chrono has a textured dial so go for it

If manual wind is a problem for you, you'd have the same issue with the current gen Speedmaster 57. The previous gen (from 2013) is automatic, but it's also quite a bit thicker than the new manual wind version. I have that white dial Speedmaster Racing and even though I love the look of the watch, the black rings around the sub dials along with the size/design of the hands can help make it difficult to read the time at a glance.

White SMP (totally not biased)🤣

SMP White Dial or a Speedmaster Moonwatch, both are super versatile and simply amazing. Own both, probably would lean Speedmaster simply because it is iconic and it really hits when you try on/buy one.

·

I was almost ready to but that white Speedmaster Racing last year. But then they raised the price by $900. Pissed me off so much that I can’t stand to look at it now. Off my list 😖

·

All are great, but you have an Omega. Why not something else?

·

Im thinking about picking up a 90’s moonwatch with patina or broad arrow at some point

·

I’m a huge fan of Omega and the SMP 300m white dial (aka “Great White”) has been on my radar for years now. Can’t go wrong with it but at the same time, if you don’t have a Speedy Moonwatch in your collection yet, it’s a classic that every watch enthusiast need to consider owning one day.

I own two Omega Speedmaster Professional (the 3861 “sapphire sandwich” and the snoopy 50th anniversary). It’s a strap monster!

Black Seamaster!!!

·

White dial SMP with black rubber is on my list personally. Though everytime I see a speedy, I’m reminded how good they look in basically every situation. One of those two for me. Considering you have the AT which is technically part of the seamaster line, maybe the speedy?

·

All of them :)

All of them :)

Gonna have to work hard this year!

1957 Chronograph is excellent!

Yep

No bad choices here! My choice is the 57 Speedmaster. Love that watch and a bit different
