Longines Legend Diver giveaway has arrived!
I have received the Longines Legend Diver from the giveaway! This is by far the coolest thing I’ve ever won. When I was first notified I didn’t believe it. I thought someone was trying to scam me. I read the message again and realized @Max was only asking for my name and address and not for a bunch of Amazon gift cards. It slowly started to sink in. The moment it hit me I raised both hands in the air and yelled “YEEESSSSS!” (like any rational 38 year old would). I’m really glad I was working from home at the time. I only wish I had some nanny cam footage to share my reaction.
I was immediately impressed by the presentation box. When the box is that good you know the watch will be high quality. The little tag with the name of the watch is a nice touch. The watch itself is in excellent condition. I’ve had very little time with it but a few of my favorite features are the inner rotating bezel, the cross hatching on the crowns and the very highly quality clasp. These small details really pull the design together for me.
I can’t thank Max enough for this. In addition, he also gave me a great tip to try the watch on a Nato to help the dimensions of the watch wear a little better on my small 6.25” wrist. I have some on the way, so check out my daily wrist shots. I’m sure you’ll be seeing a lot of this watch on my wrist in the near future.
I’ve enjoyed my short time on this platform. I look forward to meeting a lot of fellow watch enthusiasts and learning a lot more about this wonderful hobby.
