A word about Christopher Ward customer service

Friends, I love my CW C60 Trident Pro 300. When I received it two months ago, I noticed that the bezel was slightly misaligned. I thought I could live with it, but that slight imperfection on an otherwise near perfect watch drove me nuts!

I reached out to their customer service team about my issue. I expected them to offer me slight compensation, or tell me to kick rocks. Nope! Benedict sent me a shipping label and 2 days after dropping it off, it was across the pond. Katie kept me in the loop with what was going on and even though they initially didn’t understand what was going on (miscommunication), after emailing back and forth, they realized the misalignment, fixed it and two days after that it arrived on my doorstep, perfectly aligned.

Great service, great communication, no money out of my pocket for shipping or anything at all. They’ve a customer for life! 10/10 would recommend.

I've had the chance to meet them, seem like nice people, just never a watch that spoke to me. Lately, they have had some nice releases.

So glad to hear it. Looking at them for a future purchase and given some companies lack of or degrading customer service these days, glad there are still doing things the right way.

Totally agree! I've been bitten by the vintage bug, so I wasn't too grab myself a vintage Bulova/Omega and then I might shoot for the C36.

My c60 #tide has a misaligned metal ring (the one between the bezel and the crystal) but i cant be bothered to send it to them for now. I live in the Philippines and it took 6 weeks for this watch to get to me. I'll just wait until it's time for a service and get it all fixed in one go hehe. Im glad to hear their customer service is as good as their watch looks. 😊 enjoy

Had great experience with them too. Sent a watch back, knew after 10 seconds it just wasn't for me. Fast and easy processing all while being very pleasant. Hope to buy (and keep) one in the future.

Own two CWs. Cannot recommend them higher. Nobody comes close on quality in that price range. A true disruptor

I have had similar experiences with Christopher Ward. For me, Zelos is similarly responsive and customer focused as well.
