We all love to use our watches for what they were designed for - even if in some cases (me) it’s rarely!
Let’s see your photos of your watch in its natural environment, doing what it does best 📸 I’m sure there are some great photos out there in the WC Community.
This one is my Explorer 36mm out when it snowed last year ☃

I like that it’s both in the wild, but also from the safety of the cabin patio 😂 Perfectly modern Rolex 😆👏🏻

Yes, I wore it on many operations from 2009 to 2012. It’s a Casio Pathfinder, a lot of service members had them. My wife didn’t like the all black version, so she bought me the titanium version. It’s sitting in a box with my other deployment watches.

These are great pictures! And please tell me that you did in fact recreate the famed Explorer ad from the golden era?! 🤩🤩
I totally did!

Haha incredible photo, are your legs hanging over the edge of the ramp? I did something similar once at ~17,000ft, scary view.
My watches all live on the lounge or under a cuff 😂

I’ve always wondered how does a watch on a bracelet feels in the snow. Is it as cold as I imagine? Or it’s just fine?

In my experience the temperature of the watch is the same as the skin beneath. I wear under the sleeves, so it's warm all the time.

Makes sense
i once told my AD that i would love to get a JLC Memovox because i could really use the timer alarm function when cooking. i’d use it as my cooking watch, to keep track of the cook time of certain parts of a recipe. and ever since, every time i see her she’s been asking me if i still want that JLC Memovox for cooking. 😂😂maybe one day.
