I totally get the reasoning and I can't fault them for it, but I've passed on a couple as soon as I saw 19mm listed
If it looks good who cares! I wear my divers on leather all the time. But the minute I'm about to hit water with them, silicone or a fabric goes on.

I think it's an enjoyable piece. I actually had some guys wearing Pateks compliment me on it once. It works well with my smaller wrist (6.5 inches) and runs pretty good averaging +10 spd. It's pretty versatile as for wear. Bund pad for more casual and no bund to dress it up. My only real gripes are without the bund, the rivets dig into my wrist a little (but I wear my watches a bit tight) and the fixed lugs dont allow for use of all my straps.
It's the cream dial with orange lume for reference. If you do get one, I'd recommend adding another color strap or going with the clip on strap too. Overall I give it an 8/10 as my "in the office watch".
