Looking at your 4 watches, I can recommend a Breitling Chronomat 42mm with the re launch bullet bracelet that is based on an 80s design and most recent iteration of Cartier Santos with classic white dial. That collection would trace my personal collection after I abandoned my awkward vintage watch period. Omega, Tudor, Cartier, Rolex, Seiko. Breitling were the brands that intriqued me in that progression.
Why? Those four pretty much do it all! But I guess get something square and get a nice Chrono? Maybe a Heuer and a Cartier? Oh, or a Glashuette Original, like a big date SeaQ, and then something bonkers like an Horage microrotor tourbillion? I don't know, go nuts, have fun
Maybe add some leather to all this beautiful cold steel ? If you can grab a different shape classy piece like a piaget or cartier it would make a true plus to me

Was just gonna say the same, needs a break from the steel ๐
I feel a diver is missing. A Blackbay 58 or Omega Seamaster Professional. Then finish it off with either a Chronograph - a Speedmaster, or a GMT from Longines Zulu. Perfect
This is my first post and all your comments is a very positive surprise, thank you all for your suggestions! I also have a Slava Buran my girlfriend gifted me, currently without a strap as I'm looking for a nice 18mm leather strap with a taper that fits the watch. I think a square watch like Cartier would be amazing as some has suggested, but probably a little over my budget atm. But I'll definitely be looking at the pre-owned market!

I don't really like dive watches although I'm fascinated by them, I can't quite make it work on my wrist - I see my Alpinist as my beater which has an impressive 200m water resistance.
They are real nice but also very similar. How about a plain dress watch with a leather strap? I like leather straps a lot and maybe you would like to give it a try. I donโt dive with my diver but I like the timer a lot for cooking and doing exercise workouts.
You got wonderful three handers here and the classic dial colors already in your range. My whole collection nearly consists of such elegant sports pieces on stainless steel. So some color variations might be fun to add. Here are some recommendations: Casio MTP1302 in turquoise or the newly released ruby red, your shocking everyday piece. More solid would be the newly released Certina DS-7 in turquoise or the PRX in gold as something again more flashy. What about the good old Tudor Style that nobody knows and talks about, check out the 38mm with smooth or fluted bezel in the red grape dial. Or these two watches: a Citizen NB1050 and a Seiko SARB035 or 033 and the Citizen in black/white or vice versa as a everyday style to the heavy hitters Rolex and Omega. What about brown dials? A Grand Seiko quartz model in 37mm with brown dial (donโt have the reference number). I would also say Longines with the new brown Conquest, but the 41mm definitely too big. But you can check 38.5mm versions from the Longines Record collection or a good used Longines Saint Imier also in 38.5mm. Last but not least: salmon dial Seiko 5 SNXA11.
I'd say a GMT and a chrono. For the chrono - go pure classic with an Omega Moonwatch. For the GMT, I highly HIGHLY recommend this OLKO Special Edition of the Steinhart Ocean GMT. At under $600, I think it is the best watch for the price on the market today. Amazingly unique styling (an homage to the Rolex 1655 that hasn't been available for about 40 years) that makes me smile every time I glance at it.
New Longines Conquest (maybe even the chrono version), IWC Mark XX, Tudor Pelagos, Santos de Cartier, Tudor BB GMT, Omega Diver 300m or a Globemaster Constellation

A chronograph and a beater. Unless that very nice little Seiko covers that role?

I agree with @genxwatchguy1969 , a gmt and a chrono would round out nicely!

Sell everything, keep the rolex as a one watch collection ;)

Cartier.
Beautiful collection!
Surely a cartier in a different shape. You seem to like steel bracelets - so a nice neo vintage santos or panthere.
A Hanhart or Sinn, and a diver of some sort.

I agree based on what appears to be your preferences, how about Tudor BB GMT or maybe a Cartier Santos
Maybe an Oris?
What is Teddy telling you to buy next๐. Just joking. Great colletion. Tudor royal one of the most underrated watches out there imho!

Love teddy, his video on the Royal as one of the few praising it was part of what made me pull the trigger on it!
Maybe a Cartier and a Longines?
Gorgeous watches. Most of my collection is dress watches
You are complete! Get out while you still can! ๐๐ค

Beautiful collection
Try something bronze? If you can find something you like with a blue dial, the bronze/blue combo is really nice.
Great looking collection. You should get a dress watch with a leather strap and maybe diver with a nato.
You need a diver...
Complication and a dress watch
Longines Spirit Titanium 40mm ๐ฅ
