Aquaterra, Diver 300, Railmaster, Speedmaster and I'd be set. Longines and GS lack in attractive divers (for me) and Tudor's dress watches are nice, but not as nice as Omega's.
Omegas have too much polish for me. Flashy pieces don’t really work for my personal style and the city where I live (not a very showy place). It’s Tudor for me
Jokes aside, I have to say Omega. By far the most breadth in terms of catalogue and iconic watches. You can easily build a vast and well balanced collection only made of Omegas, especially if you can also tap into the vintage market.
Longines for me. so many nice watches in their long history collecrion and the price is more affordable than the other brands. Honnestly all four brands are awesome, but I'm a bit sold on Longines.
As I've got a Master's degree in Japanese and just love Japan my answer should have been easy, but seeing how seemingly every mid-budget watch collector has moved to Grand Seiko in recent years I'm not so sure anymore... Right now I think I would go for Longines.
@kanjidude , hey brotha, don’t change your perception on a brand just because it’s gaining popularity. Think of it this way, more people are recognizing and appreciating the brand just like you. I relate it the same way as when I travel. If I’m at some beautiful world famous place “think the Venice canals” I used to get irked because there is sooooo many other people. But I’m also “people”? Someone could be thinking the exact same thing when they see me haha.

@wlocke the Tudor Ranger must be your grail piece then. Beautifully understated tool watch.
While Omega prob has the most variety (prob to its detriment at times honestly) I went with GS as being more interesting to me (and I’m not really into tool watches as much). I do wish GS collections differed a bit more from each other design wise, but I’d be happy with an array of cool dials . . . One for every conceivable mood. “This is the watch I wear on a misty morning while listening to the water rushing down a creek” or “The waves of Lake Suwa have become the ripples of Lake Superior as I stroll the shores of northern Minnesota. In the distance a gull cries.”
@SNWatchNerd think about what you just wrote. You think Omega has too much variety while GS has too little. Make up your mind man! 😂
If I wanted a diver/everyday/dress combo I could only do that with one of those brands so it has to be Longines. Individually I would go GS for dress, Omega for daily and Tudor for diver though.
@Waybe_6 I feel like the omega aqua terra is a good diver/everyday/dress watch
These questions are really difficult. If I could only choose 1 or 2 it would be Grand Seiko. If it was many I'd go Omega. I doubt I will ever spend over 3K on a single watch though so it doesn't really matter.

I've said the same thing about 1k but took me just a year to go over it

Honestly that's a fair point. Very seldom can you say never say never. I would not have believed 3 years ago that I would have several boxes full of watches.
Picked Omega because I like the Seamaster 300m and the Planet Ocean, but they also have some nice looking constellation and Globemaster dressier watches. Longines as well has a very diverse set of watches that are very pleasing (love the Zulu Time, Master collection and heritage pieces). Tudor makes top notch, classic diver/sport watches with the Black Bays and Pelagos, but I am not impressed with their dressier watches. Grand Seiko is the opposite, dressier pieces are beautiful, divers/chronographs are too big and not very appealing visually to me.

Literally a three way tie for me for B, C, & D for difference reasons.

Omega
I simp for chronographs and own 2 Speedmasters ( 1JDM, 1 Pro)
Seamaster Aqua Terra will probably be my next grail.
I'm not a fan of the Seamaster divers. BUT!!, the Seamaster 300 Heritage is a gorgeous masterpiece

I'm not that interested in divers so its Longines for myself

A and b for me
Rolex
These are my four favorite brands!
If I MUST choose one of these it would probably be an Omega of some sort. In the real world however, none of these.
Rolex
A, C, or D. But Longines is on fire lately, so I voted Longines.
Why are you doing this to me 😭😭😭?

Longines have great variety and are releasing lovely watches at the moment.
Longines for me. so many nice watches in their long history collecrion and the price is more affordable than the other brands. Honnestly all four brands are awesome, but I'm a bit sold on Longines.
Flyback chronographs are awesome
Spirit & Spirit Zulu time
Heritage military
Dolce Vita
Legend diver
V.H.P
Conquests
Always the expensive brand :D
Yeah @dsoyke , but also because Omega is the “biggest” brand out of these. The most history, brand equity, and brand recognition.

My dream is to own a Speedy 😅
One day! @262kHz

Dare I say the “R” word?
@JJJeong Rado?

I actually really like the vintage Tudor Ranger II even more! It has a sharper arrow hand and a striking blue dial
@Waybe_6 I feel like the omega aqua terra is a good diver/everyday/dress watch
It's a good everyday watch but I wouldn't call it a diver or dress watch.

4 great brand, but Omega is the objective winner.
Omega for the Speed master and Seamaster. I could quite easily live with a Longines only collection though.
