Dial colour variety in a collection, do you care?

Hi there, there's a topic I've been pondering about recently, largely rooted in my own vacillations. How much do you care about the degree of diversity in the dial colors present in your collection? I...

Let‘s put it this way…if you don’t buy it now, you’ll pay considerably more later 😅 (unless you buy pre-owned…of course).

Anyway one of the most unique divers out there. A bona fide icon. And it wears surprisingly well for it’s size.

Not modded, but still cool AF. This is the 1B variant, that looks even more retro 👌

A beautiful piece indeed. My only gripe with it is the size. If they were to come out with a 39mm version I‘d be all over it 🤤

This is such a cool two-watch collection😎

I think a smaller dress watch, that can also be worn casually would work very well, something like a Cartier Tank or a Santos Dumont.

Or you could go with something that feels more like a tool watch like a Tudor FXD. I mean there are many many options.

That is a very good point about the hands, I also only noticed when I saw the watch in the flesh. It might help with legibility, but the old hands style is much classier.

You have a point, I‘m also not the biggest fan of black dial/brown strap combos. But seems to be a fairly standard one

I really like both but the Speedmaster is just so iconic and beautiful in white 🥰

That‘s where my money would go 🤑
