I live in a city in MA that 99.99999% never heard of lol. There’s no high end watch stores. If I want to experience that luxury watch buying feel I have to travel to Boston, Providence RI, etc. Although there’s a Jewelry store only 15 minutes from my house that sells Omega, Oris, High End non Grand Seiko’s and I’m sure a few more I’m forgetting🧐But higher end watches nope.
My biggest watch I currently own and I can’t believe I’m saying this is this Invicta 63mm GMT Sea Hunter don’t ask me why I bought it. I’m still questioning that myself several years later.
And yes it’s has heavy as it looks.
Most collectors seem to overlook them for some reason? I would also look into their now defunct sister brand Daniel Jean Richard watches as well. Don’t own any GP or DJR but heard the earlier models are worth buying. Good Luck.
