The Seiko is reminiscent of the 62MAS. That influenced my vote.

Hurrah I'm winning the poll with the zodiac(at present the only vote). All fine watches, safe bet the seiko,a watch person's choice the CW, but I've got a thing for zodiacs, got three of them(OK 2 are the quartz ones) but heart says zodiac so that's what I'm going for. But as I said at the start all great watches.

Bugger I'm losing the poll now,but I'm sticking with the zody🥰

The Zodiac is a stunner and I would love to try one on in person. This is my favorite iteration of the Super sea wolf.

I don't trust Seiko quality and comfort that much anymore.

And I don't like that crown position on any of them. Can't wear the watch loose..

Not a fan of the cw logo.

Don't know much about zodiac.

All seem fine. None are exciting to me.

I'd maybe check the comfort on wrist.

And looks wise I'd want one that isn't coated. So not that zodiac.

I wouldnt pay half of the asking price for the Seiko. They can’t be trusted…

Yeah. My Flightmaster which now costs like 400 bucks broke from my fingers touching it lightly. I lost all interest in Seiko after that.

Been very happy with Citizen and Casio.

No $1000 Seikos for me.

·

I have to go with the stylish Christopher Ward because I like the arrow head hands better than the utilitarian rectangle blocks on the others.

The CW is the most modern looking and arguably the best spec'd for a smaller wrist of the 3 choices

I've been in the "SPB with 6r movement is overrated!" camp for a while now.

However, Seiko just kills it with their design language and this blue birch-looking dial is the best looking SPB/SBDC.

It's mostly speculative but do the Japan models (SBDC) tend to have better regulated movements? I've seen this theory passed around but no idea if it's valid.

·

Does anyone have any long term experience with STP movements?

·

The Christopher Ward Trident is such a clean design and has that sweet Sellita SW200-1 movement.

·

I don’t think you can go wrong with a Seiko. That CW is a head turner.

It is not coated. It is made of black ceramics

·

I chose the Zodiac cause out of all the choices you listed I think the ceramic zodiac combines histori impact with badass cool 🔥

·

I'll pick the Zodiac because it's a nice change after zillions of Seikos seen everywhere and Michael Pearson is a cool dude

·

I think the Christopher Ward is fairly different than the other two. The Seiko and Zodiac are very much vintage inspired watches. They're looking back at old watches. The Christopher Ward is very much a modern dive watch.

I think it's like the difference between the Omega Seamaster 300 vs 300m or the Pelagos versus the Black Bay.

Of those watches I like the Zodiac best if you are after a more vintage look, but prefer the Christopher Ward for a more modern look. The only downside to the Christopher Ward to me is that the dial is basically equivalent to a C63 (which I already own) and I wish it had a little more variety. But if you don't have or don't plan on getting a C63 this doesn't matter.

I actually have that in Pepsi along with multiple other Orients.

Orient is the new king the sub-$300 market.

Rare combo! Especially the yellow Mako. Great summer watch

·

I like Zodiac and the Super Sea Wolf. Want one some day but not necessarily this one (but I did vote for it).

·

seiko.

·

I think the Christopher Ward is the best looking and the best value of the three.

·

The CW... definitely.

·

I'm a CW fan myself, but that Zodiac looks pretty unique compared to a lot of other dive watches--even other watches that Zodiac themselves make. I love my CW Trident 600 but it's just a little thick for my liking, but not noticeable all the time.

·

I’d go for the Zodiac.
I like the unique looks and the ceramic.

·

The C60. I don’t have a CW in my collection (yet). 😀

·

I have officially selected....

The Zodiac Ceramic Super Sea Wolf
