SOTC 2022, all keepers :)

None of these pieces will ever be going anywhere except when they're handed down to my kids sometime in the distant future. Being in an area where it's tricky to B/S/T locally, and not really near any ADs barring a 2+ hour commute, I find I perseverate for a LONG time rather than make any impulse catch and potential release purchases. It's (a lot) more stressful, but I'm quite happy with the results so far.

(Please forgive my poor lighting and bad phone camera, lol)

Well curated collection. You got 3 gems there. Well done👌

·

I think you’re done. That’s a complete and beautiful collection right there. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

·

Very classy collection.

·

Yeah I agree theses are keepers…

·

Nice!. I’d add a Datejust in 36mm and maybe a diver like a Pelagos..

Ive been stalking that santos for a year now I can’t wait to finally get my hands on it in a couple months.

·

excellent choices. a nice dress watch to finish off perhaps

Definitely thinking a diver is next, but no rush, gonna wait for the right piece to present itself.

I'm in a similar spot with my collection... but probably adding a pilot next. Which divers are you looking at? Submariner obvious choice but judging by your collection you probably want something off the well trodde path.

Beautiful collection! All keepers for sure.
I’m sure your next piece will be another keeper. 🍻

·

Nice 3 watches collection !!

·

Very nice collection! I was very close to getting that white birch spring drive but went for Winter instead.

3861 sapphire sandwich is a keeper for sure. Santos is timeless. Congrats!

·

That GS spring drive is probably my fav in my collection right now. Cheers.

·

Such a new White Birch Spring Drive!

·

What a collection! such amazing pairings and from different countries To boot.

i second most opinions on getting a diver, but i’d add that a GMT watch would also fit in quite well. Enjoy!

No rush necessary with those three in rotation 😅

im the same. I wait a while before purchasing to make sure I actually really want it and it’s not just impulse. Saved myself a lot of money that way.

Great question. At the moment I don't have any clear frontrunners but there are a few pieces which I am following closely and hoping for specific updates or improvements that might make them ideal. A Blancpain Fifty Fathoms is definitely in the running, however I would prefer a smaller case size with either a 6 o'clock date window or no date, and am not too fond of most variants of the Bathyscaphe unfortunately (markers are too small, however I do really like the calendar edition).

I would also love a GS Diver, particularly the SLGA015, but would prefer the PR on the back, and a slightly slimmer case (although, with the exception of the PR, the evolution 9 case for the 015 may actually be perfect already, would need to try one on). It's also unfortunately very expensive...lol

Finally, the Sub may actually be the perfect Rolex to complement my collection if there ever was one, so it's definitely a consideration.

Send one my way, I'll happily add it to the collection ;)

·

Them the keepers for sure !! Vary nice!!

What a boss level group you have. I would agree in keeping all for the next generation. I am also keen on the Bathyscaphe divers but agree with the large size (and price) here too. A diver is all you’re missing but it’s very classy and solid so far.

Nice collection! I am working towards an end goal of Santos, Explorer, Speedy, and Pelagos 39. I have the Santos and Explorer now, hopefully can buy one next year and the other in 2024. Looks like we have similar tastes!
