I propose that we as watch enthusiasts have a duty of care to each other.
Watch enthusiasm can be quite a lonely thing. We're misunderstood and we love these marvellous machines a little too much. We agonise over the tiniest details that 99% of the world simply would not notice from an inch away, let alone normal sane distances. And when we get too deep and overthink, it's probably a good idea to warn each other. Just for our own sanity.......
Be warned!
Case backs that hang down too far below the case and cause the lugs to 'hover' over your wrist
Roman numerals (unless its a Cartier)
19mm lug widths - unforgivable!
Skeleton dials
Poor legibility
Prominent helium escape valves
